Do you own the vehicles you are providing for our service?

No, Charter About is a bus brokerage firm who only partners with the most reputable transportation companies in the United States. We only use transportation providers who have a late model fleet, minimum of $5,000,000.00 insurance coverage and strong safety records.

How much lead time do you need to book transportation?

The sooner the better, however we can take reservations up to 5 days prior to service.

What other services do you provide besides transportation?

Charter About is able to set up any staffing needs your group may need, including meet and greet services at the airport.

What forms of payment do you accept and when is payment due?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks, money orders and cashier checks. Payment needs to be paid in full 14 days prior to your trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any trip cancelled prior to fourteen (14) days of the start date will receive a full refund.  Charters cancelled thirteen (13) to eight (8) days will be charged 50% of the trip and any trips cancelled seven (7) days or less will not be issued a refund.  In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, act of God or War), all monies will be refunded regardless of the time frame the trip is cancelled.

 

Do you require a deposit and when is full payment due?

Charter About does not require a deposit to reserve a vehicle, however once the agreement as been received it must be signed and returned back to sales@charterabout.com within ten (10) days of receiving the contract.  Full payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the charter.

 

Do you have any additional required forms that need to be signed?

Besides the charter agreement, Charter About requires a COVID-19 waiver form to be signed and sent back which will be sent along with your contract.  If you're paying with a credit card, we also require a credit card authorization to be filled out, signed and returned as well.
